1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawManager (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

ClawManager is an AI agent management platform that allows users to deploy, configure, monitor, and orchestrate AI agents powered by third-party large language model (LLM) providers. The Service acts as an orchestration layer and does not itself provide AI model inference.

3. Use of AI Agents

•You are responsible for all instructions, prompts, and configurations you provide to AI agents via the Service.
•You must not use AI agents for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
•Outputs generated by AI agents are not guaranteed to be accurate, safe, or appropriate. You bear sole responsibility for how you use those outputs.
•You must comply with the terms of any underlying AI provider (including but not limited to Anthropic and OpenAI) when using their models through the Service.
•Automated or agentic actions taken on your behalf are at your direction and risk.

4. Data Handling

•You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
•By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
•We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Account Responsibilities

•You must provide accurate information when registering.
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
•You may not share or transfer your account without our written consent.

6. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI AGENT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWMANAGER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Account Termination

•You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if required by law.
•On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our retention policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The ClawManager platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership of our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
