Advanced Settings
Runtime configuration, sandbox management, and power-user features.
Runtime Configuration
The Advanced page lets you tune runtime settings that affect how your agent processes messages:
- • Compaction settings - Control when and how sessions are automatically compacted to manage context window usage
- • Concurrency - How many requests can be processed simultaneously
- • Default behaviors - Global defaults for thinking level, model selection, and more
Sandbox
The Sandbox Manager shows isolated execution containers used by your agent. When agents run code or commands, they can use sandboxed environments for safety.
View active sandbox sessions, inspect their state, and manage their lifecycle from the Sandbox page.
ClawManager Settings
The CM Settings page controls ClawManager-specific preferences (not the underlying OpenClaw configuration):
- • Theme - Switch between light and dark mode
- • Notifications - Choose toast or banner style for connection status updates
- • Session Management - Configure auto-condense settings
- • OC Commands Wiki - Quick reference for OpenClaw CLI commands
View Modes
ClawManager has two view modes:
Standard View
The default experience. Shows the most common tabs and settings. Best for everyday use and users who don't need deep configuration access.
Advanced View ⚙️
Unlocks additional tabs and settings for power users. Includes per-agent model overrides, routing rules, permissions, hooks, plugins, analytics, and more. Toggle via the gear icon in the top navigation.
